CANCELLATIONS
At Zazze Nails, I do my best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let me know. If you inform us less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, I have to charge an cancellation fee and cannot reschedule you’re appointment until it’s been received.

Zazze Nails scheduling is by appointment only. This means I’m usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting me know), I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since I don’t want to keep any other clients waiting unnecessarily.
